  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing HR and administrative strategies that drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
